When
finalising prices for specific bookings, consideration will be given to size of
group in low season.
Lower Mill is closed for the period 5 January - 6 February and the houses cannot
be rented during this period.
Sorry, we are unable to accommodate stag or hen groups. No
Pets. No smoking in the houses.
All houses will accommodate two travel cots – we provide one travel cot and one high chair per house.

"My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at Sandpipers, a lovely house in a stunning setting, beautifully furnished and fully-equipped. Even though there were 10 of us staying there was plenty of room for everyone and no need to share bathrooms.
The lakeside walks were so relaxing (we even saw one of the elusive beavers!) and there was loads to do for adults and children alike.
We made the short walk to the Bakers’ Arms pub for Sunday lunch in the garden and each evening sat on the house balcony with a G&T, watching the wildlife on the lake as the sun set.
A perfect venue for a weekend in the country, we will definitely be returning."
